Thank you for choosing Mangatepopo Camp for your group/organisation.  Groups and individuals who are proposing to book Mangatepopo Camp  must note the following:

1. The Mangatepopo Camp Trustees are providing camping facilities and other activities, which, if used inappropriately, may be a potential hazard. 
   
2. It is your responsibility to be familiarise yourself with the potential hazards and prepare your own Risk Management Plan accordingly.
   
3. You are requested to notify the custodian or the board of trustees of any faulty equipment or health and safety hazards you may note.
   
4. The Mangatepopo Camp Trustees require that you provide us with indemnity against any claims whatsoever that may arise as a result of inappropriate behaviour, or use of equipment, by your group or organisation, while on the grounds.
